Now hiring for an Indianapolis Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the VP’s schedule and calendar
  • Prepare meeting material and follow-up tasks
  • Maintain office files and personnel files
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Attend and take notes during meetings
  • Assist with coordinating and organizing events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience of administrative assistance is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

This position is in office. This is a contract position predicted to last 1-2 months.
