Now hiring for a Receptionist / Part-Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Scan, fax and file and respond to incoming emails
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Stock office supplies
  • Greet customers
  • Other administrative duties and projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and highly organized
  • Experience working in an office setting

This is an in-office position. Schedule 1:00pm – 5:00pm, M-F
