Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the company in processing applications and facilitating enrollment for state workforce programs
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and access to workforce development resources
  • Input data accurately into systems and databases
  • Review incoming candidates and application and refer them to the correct agency
  • Serve as a liaison with agencies to correspond available programs, eligibility criteria, and application processes
  • Provide guidance and support to employees seeking assistance
  • Create reports and collaborate with internal teams on metrics regarding status, outcomes, and utilization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Previous experience in workforce development preferred
  • Familiarity of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and related regulations highly preferred
