HR Generalist
Now hiring for a Fishers Contract Human Resource Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR initiatives for 100-200 employees
- Process payroll, manage benefits administration, answer questions related to benefits and retirement plans, and handle employee relations
- Manage relationships with HR vendors for benefits and payroll
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Ad hoc HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 15 years of HR experience required
- Experience working with ADP and/or Paychex required
- Knowledge and practice of employment law and HR legal compliance
This is an in-office position.
