Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Human Resource Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily HR operations, including scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain HR systems and employee data, and assist with reporting and system updates
- Handle day-to-day employee relations issues and support manager conversations
- Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and policy communication
- Collaborate with team members on HR initiatives and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3–8 years of HR-related experience, required
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly, required
- Experience supporting employee relations in a professional setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
This is an in office position.
The contract period is indefinite.
