HR Generalist

Now hiring for a Fishers Contract Human Resource Generalist.

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR initiatives for 100-200 employees
• Process payroll, manage benefits administration, answer questions related to benefits and retirement plans, and handle employee relations
• Manage relationships with HR vendors for benefits and payroll
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed
• Ad hoc HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 15 years of HR experience required
• Experience working with ADP and/or Paychex required
• Knowledge and practice of employment law and HR legal compliance

This is an in-office position.
