Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations
Manage HR compliance requirements
Support recruitment and hiring
Recruit candidates with trade and skilled labor experience
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support payroll processes using ADP Run
Develop and implement HR processes

Qualifications:

3+ years of HR experience
Experience with HR compliance
Experience with recruitment and hiring
Experience recruiting trade or skilled labor candidates
Experience with ADP Run
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently

There is no end date for this contract position.

This is a hybrid position.
