Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard over 2,000 employees in ADP
  • Create employee files
  • Process background checks
  • Call employees to collect documentation and ensure they receive their equipment

Qualifications:

  • An associate’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required
  • Experience in HR administration is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter
  • Prior experience using ADP preferred
