Contract Warranty Registration Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Warranty Registration Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete warranty registration setup information by using the right tools and methods.
- Coordinate and maintain contact with various internal departments regarding client warranty registration setup and validity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales representatives and warranty staff regarding warranty registrations.
- Assist in preventing unnecessary delays in the company as it relates to warranty registration setups
- Process ALL warranty-related paperwork on time as scheduled
- Address and resolve warranty registration-related problems via internal phone calls and or emails
- Document and escalate where applicable all customer warranty registration feedback into the appropriate database
Qualifications:
- Warranty experience is required
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is required
- Active listening and strong communication skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong in Excel
This is a full-time temporary position predicted to last 6 months.
