Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Warranty Registration Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete warranty registration setup information by using the right tools and methods. 
  • Coordinate and maintain contact with various internal departments regarding client warranty registration setup and validity 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales representatives and warranty staff regarding warranty registrations.
  • Assist in preventing unnecessary delays in the company as it relates to warranty registration setups
  •  Process ALL warranty-related paperwork on time as scheduled
  •  Address and resolve warranty registration-related problems via internal phone calls and or emails
  •  Document and escalate where applicable all customer warranty registration feedback into the appropriate database

Qualifications:

  • Warranty experience is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is required
  • Active listening and strong communication skills are essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong in Excel

This is a full-time temporary position predicted to last 6 months.
