Contract Collections Specialist

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Collections Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Collect on auto delinquencies
• Handle initial calls for early-stage delinquency
• Maintain high call quantity, quality, rapport and provide service to members in a professional manner
• Conduct high-quantity collection calls on past-due loans and credit cards within the auto industry
• Ability to navigate a wide variety of internal systems to assist members while processing financial transaction

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of consumer collections experience is required
• Ability to hand a high call quantity, up to 100 per day
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is required
• Active listening and strong communication skills are essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong in Excel

This is a temporary position predicted to last 3-6 months. It is in-office from 8am – 5pm.
