Customer Account Representative
Now hiring for a Remote Customer Account Representative.
- Answer and screen calls and emails
- Take and process messages in a timely fashion
- Process paperwork
- Monitor ticket queues; respond and address issues in a timely fashion to meet requirements.
- Collect data
- Intermediate understanding of technical concepts and terminology
- Willingness to work later shifts as required; sometimes cover West Coast times
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous customer experience required
- Technical IT background
- Good Customer Service skills with a positive attitude
