Now hiring for a Remote Customer Account Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen calls and emails
  • Take and process messages in a timely fashion
  • Process paperwork
  • Monitor ticket queues; respond and address issues in a timely fashion to meet requirements.
  • Collect data
  • Intermediate understanding of technical concepts and terminology
  • Willingness to work later shifts as required; sometimes cover West Coast times

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer experience required
  • Technical IT background
  • Good Customer Service skills with a positive attitude
