Contract Loan Adjustment Specialist
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Customer Experience Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working on the asset recovery/collections team
- Collect on early-stage auto delinquencies
- Work specifically with auto loan collections
- Manage a high call volume (80-100 warm calls per day)
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years experience in collections
- Ability to maintain high call quantity
- Provide exceptional member service
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Prioritization and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to be level-headed during escalated situations; calming presence
- Ability to analyze specific situations and offer viable solutions
- Documentation skills
This is a contract role predicted to last 3-6 months. The role is in the office.
