Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls & emails
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customers and their requests
- Partner with Design Consultants and Installers
- Audit Sales Orders and Contracts
- Manage scheduling system
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service or customer care experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Strong Team Player, willingness to jump in and support where needed
