Now hiring for a Fishers Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls & emails
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customers and their requests
- Process orders, returns and requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare work agreements and maintain files
- Maintain filing system, records and correspondence
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or 1-5 years experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook, Adobe Quickbooks, familiar with Manufacturing Software is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Strong Team Player, willingness to jump in and support where needed
