Now hiring for a Fishers Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls & emails
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customers and their requests
  • Process orders, returns and requests
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare work agreements and maintain files
  • Maintain filing system, records and correspondence
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree or 1-5 years experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Outlook, Adobe Quickbooks, familiar with Manufacturing Software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, analytical, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong Team Player, willingness to jump in and support where needed
