Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing phone calls & emails
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to customers and their requests
  • Partner with Design Consultants and Installers
  • Audit Sales Orders and Contracts
  • Manage scheduling system
  • Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of customer service or customer care experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, analytical, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong Team Player, willingness to jump in and support where needed
