Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Function as liaison between internal and external customers
  • Train sales team to meet daily goals and sales
  • Report and analyze stats and KPI’s
  • Ensure scheduling for consultations is accurate and efficiently scheduled
  • Oversee and manage a team of 20+ employees

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with managing a team required
  • Background in sales and/or call center environment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in financial analysis required
