Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Field inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Return calls to customers to answer questions
  • Maintain customer database
  • Assist with packing orders for timely shipments
  • Check and respond to emails
  • Follow up on purchase orders
  • Create quotes for parts

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be comfortable learning new systems and programs and utilizing multiple screens
  • Must be comfortable talking to customers over the phone
  • Ability to lift and handle heavy packages up to 40 lbs without restriction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or experience utilizing it preferred

This role is in the office with hours of 8a-5p Monday through Thursday with a 30-minute lunch and 8a-2p on Fridays with no lunch.
