Customer Service Representative
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Return calls to customers to answer questions
- Maintain customer database
- Assist with packing orders for timely shipments
- Check and respond to emails
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Create quotes for parts
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be comfortable learning new systems and programs and utilizing multiple screens
- Must be comfortable talking to customers over the phone
- Ability to lift and handle heavy packages up to 40 lbs without restriction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or experience utilizing it preferred
This role is in the office with hours of 8a-5p Monday through Thursday with a 30-minute lunch and 8a-2p on Fridays with no lunch.
