Now hiring for an Indianapolis Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and organize customer communication portals and internal tracking databases.
- Meet or exceed daily customer interaction goals set by the manager.
- Partner with internal departments to distribute communications to stores and customers.
- Support all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or customer care experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Zoho, etc.) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, self-starter with ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Comfortable problem-solving and “running toward the fire” when issues arise.
- Solid typing skills; efficiency in using keyboards expected.
