Now hiring for an Indianapolis Director of Benefits


  • Asses the Benefits Department and determine what improvements need to be made
  • Oversee and improve entire benefits package including health insurance, 401k plan, dental, HSA, STD, LTD, Group Life, and COBRA
  • Communicate with third party vendors to negotiate, enhance, or eliminate packages
  • Partner with HR leadership and legal team to ensure compliance is met
  • Maintain accurate records of elections and accommodation requests that align with legal requirements and best practices


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in benefits and working with vendors OR equivalent combination required
  • Experience using UKG preferred

This role is hybrid, 2-3 days in office.
