Director of Human Resources
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Oversee the talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates
- Manage employee relations issues and ensure a fair resolution
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain HR budgets
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Administer workers comp programs and manage claims process
- Enhance employee’s skills and knowledge by developing and implementing training programs
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area and 6+ years of experience in a senior HR role required
- SHRM Certification preferred
- Strong background and knowledge in employment labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
