Now hiring for an Indianapolis Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with overall business objectives
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of qualified candidates
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensure a fair resolution
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain HR budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
  • Administer workers comp programs and manage claims process
  • Enhance employee’s skills and knowledge by developing and implementing training programs
  • Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area and 6+ years of experience in a senior HR role required
  • SHRM Certification preferred
  • Strong background and knowledge in employment labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
