Executive Assistant
Now hiring for an Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to executive leadership (EVP/SVP/President)
- Oversee complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reconciliation for C-Suite executives, ensuring optimized time management
- Process invoices and expense approvals, and handle inquiries as directed
- Proactively address administrative and technical issues or challenges as they arise
- Assure the accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, and significant board documentation preparation/materials management
- Exercise strong independent judgement, anticipate potential issues or challenges, and recognize specific needs of their leaders
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience is required
- Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred
- Requires experience with Board of Director document preparation/materials management for top-level executives
- Requires strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information
This is an in-office position that will eventually go hybrid.
