Now hiring for an Indianapolis Front Office Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and create a professional, welcoming front office experience
- Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
- Confirm appointments and communicate visitor arrivals to advisors
- Maintain reception, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure a polished office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document distribution
- Order and maintain office and front desk supplies
- Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and general administrative projects as needed
- Support advisors and leadership with day-to-day office communication and front desk coverage
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience required
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach in a fast-paced office environment
