Now hiring for an Indianapolis Front Office Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors and create a professional, welcoming front office experience
  • Answer and route incoming calls through a multi-line phone system
  • Confirm appointments and communicate visitor arrivals to advisors
  • Maintain reception, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure a polished office environment
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document distribution
  • Order and maintain office and front desk supplies
  • Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and general administrative projects as needed
  • Support advisors and leadership with day-to-day office communication and front desk coverage

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach in a fast-paced office environment
