Now hiring for a Whitestown Front Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and transfer calls to staff as needed
  • Greet customers coming in for appointments and prospective customers coming in to the showroom to view inventory
  • Schedule customer appointments 
  • Receive incoming inventory and deliveries and ensure that all necessary delivery paperwork is accounted for 
  • Between appointments and phone calls, this individual will assist with reading blue prints and drawings a plus
  • Could grow into more of a sales based position after front office

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (predominantly Word, Excel and Outlook) required
  • High school diploma required
  • Must have a high sense or urgency, energy and a customer service mindset

This position is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p with a 30-minute lunch.
