Now hiring for a Whitestown Front Office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and transfer calls to staff as needed
- Greet customers coming in for appointments and prospective customers coming in to the showroom to view inventory
- Schedule customer appointments
- Receive incoming inventory and deliveries and ensure that all necessary delivery paperwork is accounted for
- Between appointments and phone calls, this individual will assist with reading blue prints and drawings a plus
- Could grow into more of a sales based position after front office
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (predominantly Word, Excel and Outlook) required
- High school diploma required
- Must have a high sense or urgency, energy and a customer service mindset
This position is in office, Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p with a 30-minute lunch.
