Responsibilities:

  • Administer retirement program
  • Prepare funding for defined contribution plan each pay period
  • Prepare annual returns and reports
  • Monitor eligibility, limitations, and restrictions of retirement programs and ensure compliance
  • Assist with employee data auditing and reporting

Qualifications:

  • College degree and at least 1 year of experience
  • Knowledge of employee benefit programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Workday experience preferred
