Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Business Partner.


  • Provide employee relations guidance and support to a staff of over 1,000 individuals
  • Perform career coaching and development activities
  • Assist on company-wise projects and initiatives as it relates to development and employee relations
  • Work with HR teams to manage performance review processes
  • Aid in employee engagement activities (recruitment, retention, morale, etc.)
  • Assist in succession planning
  • Will assist in talent acquisition activities as well (sourcing, interviewing, job fairs, etc.)


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-7 years of relevant HR experience (employee relations and/or talent acquisition) required

This role offers a hybrid schedule once trained. Working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
