Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training, speaker events, webinars and communication to employees regarding and relating to diversity, equity and inclusion events, education and awareness
  • Coordinate focus groups and listening sessions
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with managing compliance with EEO/EEOC and AAPs
  • Support the employee grievance and investigation processes

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of HR experience in a similar area of focus required
  • Prior experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)

This role would be hybrid after training.
