Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Onboarding and Hiring process including background checks, drug screens, employment verification, offer letters, etc.
  • Manage and document employee changes including termination, position change, pay change, title change, etc.
  • Process data entry
  • Audit paperwork
  • Maintains HRIS system setup and identifies areas for improvement
  • Complete, verify, and maintain I-9 files
  • Conducts new employee orientations
  • Assists with administration of all benefit plans and open enrollments
  • Process verification of employment

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Workday HRIS Experience preferred
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 2+ years of HR experience required
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
