Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for all onboarding and pre-employment needs such as health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, and more
  • Connect new hires with management to facilitate a positive new team member experience
  • Assist with new hire orientation and any questions as needed
  • Provide professional representation of the company for internal and external customers
  • Support the implementation of new TA initiatives as directed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition
  • Maintain calendars and schedules, travel arrangements, processing invoices, and inquiries as directed
  • Assist with project development and planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordination/human resources experience required
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Prior experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
