Now hiring for a Brownsburg HR Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the Onboarding and Hiring process including background checks, drug screens, employment verification, offer letters, etc.
  • Manage and document employee changes including termination, position change, pay change, title change, etc.
  • Process data entry
  • Audit paperwork
  • Complete Unemployment claims
  • Complete, verify, and maintain I-9 files
  • Reconcile departmental invoices
  • Process verification of employment
  • Assist with performance reviews

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma required
  • 1+ years of HR experience required
  • Experience with I9’s and W4’s a must
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
