HR Coordinator
Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all onboarding and pre-employment needs such as health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, and more
- Connect new hires with management to facilitate a positive new team member experience
- Assist with new hire orientation and any questions as needed
- Provide professional representation of the company for internal and external customers
- Support the implementation of new TA initiatives as directed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition
- Maintain calendars and schedules, travel arrangements, processing invoices, and inquiries as directed
- Assist with project development and planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordination/human resources experience required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment
- Prior experience working in the healthcare industry preferred
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
