Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Director.


  • Develop and implement strategies and initiatives aligned with business objective
  • Oversee HR departments including talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, training and development, benefits and compensation, and compliance
  • Encourage employee development, by determining training needs, identifying resources needed to effectively deliver training, developing and delivering training or identifying capable outsourcing alternatives
  • Manage 6 direct reports in daily tasks
  • Monitor employee relations, encourage staff activities, and provide ongoing supervisor coaching and training
  • Maintain compliance with all employment labor laws and regulations
  • Lead performance management processes including setting goals, reviews, and career development
  • Utilize HR systems to streamline HR processes


  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years experience OR 10+ years of experience with SHRM certifications required
  • Experience with Paycor and Cloud based systems highly preferred
  • Managerial and direct report experience required
  • Proficient in employment labor laws and regulations
  • Previous experience with managing a budget and financials
