Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Recruits and interviews employees to fill vacant positions
  • Assist with benefits administration and staffing
  • Conduct new employee orientation
  • Main point of contact for all employees
  • Coordinates employee training as needed
  • Process payroll
  • Plan events
  • Maintains HRIS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • 1-2 years of HR experience
  • Payroll experience Required
  • Time management skills – must be strong
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
