Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Project Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Creates departmental and company procedures
  • Ensures compliance by auditing I9’s, organizational charts, and emergency contact information
  • Serves as the point person for new company and leadership development
  • Collaborates with the HR team on projects and/or tasks
  • Supports the Director of HR on creating policies and/or processes to implement within the company
  • Maintain HRIS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, self-driven individual with the ability to work without daily guidance
  • 3+ years’ experience in Human Resources
