Now hiring for a Carmel HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with payroll, health insurance and 401(k) benefit management, performance reviews, and compliance support
  • Organize monthly office luncheons and other corporate functions
  • Prepare employees’ Notice of Personnel Action forms
  • Maintain employee records
  • Assist with recruiting through applicant scheduling and new hire paperwork
  • Collect and review employee timesheets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR
  • 2 years experience in HR
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
