Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resource Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure progress across multiple project workstreams.
  • Coordinate with HR, Legal, consultants, and business leaders to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • Lead follow-up on action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including creating and updating SOPs.
  • Support data mapping, tracking, and reporting using Excel; prepare materials for leadership review.
  • Draft communications and provide updates to leaders and team members.
  • Support scheduling, calendars, and coordination tied to engagement and project activities.
  • Assist with survey validation, reporting, and engagement-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management, required.
  • Prior HR experience, required.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, required.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
  • High attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces at once.
  • Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.

This is a hybrid role (contract through 2026)
