Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resource Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure progress across multiple project workstreams.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, consultants, and business leaders to keep initiatives moving forward.
- Lead follow-up on action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including creating and updating SOPs.
- Support data mapping, tracking, and reporting using Excel; prepare materials for leadership review.
- Draft communications and provide updates to leaders and team members.
- Support scheduling, calendars, and coordination tied to engagement and project activities.
- Assist with survey validation, reporting, and engagement-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management, required.
- Prior HR experience, required.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, required.
- Ability to manage large amounts of data, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
- High attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving pieces at once.
- Experience documenting processes and creating SOPs.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
