Now hiring for an Indianapolis HRIS Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Pull and analyze employee engagement data and work with internal HR teams to determine strong points as well as necessary organizational changes or adaptations
  • Assist in system validation for 8 employee surveys
  • Train new regional superusers
  • Generate custom reporting and engagement analytics in both systems and across the region
  • Manage the employee engagement email inbox
  • Work with vendors to manage requests and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or combination of education and experience required
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Forms required
  • HR analytics or people analytics experience preferred
  • Gallup Access and/or Oracle system experience highly preferred
