Now hiring for an Indianapolis HRIS – Learning and Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews and recommend ways to improve performance where needed
  • Develop and implement a succession plans
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
  • Analyze trends and results within LMS data

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills in HR-related matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms strongly required
  • Experience using an LMS required
  • Strong preference for Dayforce experience
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
