Responsibilities:

Lead daily HR operations
Oversee payroll and HR administration
Manage HR compliance
Supervise the HR team
Support hiring and onboarding
Assist with employee relations
Partner with leaders across the organization
Review employee feedback and action plans
Support workforce transitions and compliance

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required
Multi-state HR and payroll experience
Strong communication skills
Self-starter
Works independently
Strategic and hands-on Paycom experience preferred

This position is 100% onsite.
