Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Generalist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Maintain and organize HR documentation, employee records, and HR systems.
- Support recruiting and hiring by coordinating postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and corrective action
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience with ownership of HR operations.
- Experience working independently in a department-of-one or highly autonomous HR role.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and HR systems.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.
This position is in the office, Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, and half day on Fridays.
