Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Generalist.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee changes, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  • Maintain and organize HR documentation, employee records, and HR systems.
  • Support recruiting and hiring by coordinating postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and corrective action

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience with ownership of HR operations.
  • Experience working independently in a department-of-one or highly autonomous HR role.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and HR systems.
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills.

This position is in the office, Monday-Thursday 7a-5p, and half day on Fridays.
