Now hiring for an Indianapolis Employee Support Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to internal and external HR inquiries
  • Assist with employee relations investigations by completing intakes
  • Correspond with field technicians to be proactive in problems before they occur
  • Provide additional support within HR, reception, or during company events
  • Participate in the organization and execution of the total rewards program
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred
  • Experience in Human Resources in lieu of degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
