Employee Support Representative
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Employee Support Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to internal and external HR inquiries
- Assist with employee relations investigations by completing intakes
- Correspond with field technicians to be proactive in problems before they occur
- Provide additional support within HR, reception, or during company events
- Participate in the organization and execution of the total rewards program
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience in Human Resources in lieu of degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
