Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage reports, spreadsheets, and other projects that would required working with a high volume of data
  • Collaborate with HR team to provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain confidential employee information and employee relations issues in the database
  • Assist and provide support to HR consultants and team members

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws
  • Must have great customer service and organizational skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication are required
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to change

This position is hybrid with 2 days at home and 3 days in office.
