Now hiring for an Indianapolis, IN Human Resources Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure employee records are accurate and compliant
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding to provide a seamless, welcoming experience for new team members
  • Support payroll processes by entering accurate data, managing deductions, and maintaining compliance reports
  • Manage HR systems and generate reports with a sharp eye for detail and continuous improvement
  • Assist with 401(k) administration, benefit invoice tracking, and contribute to company culture initiatives like service milestones and performance evaluations
  • Respond to employee questions with professionalism, clarity, and a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources
  • A strong interest in people operations, process improvement, and detail-oriented work
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive, accountable approach
  • The highest level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
  • A collaborative spirit and team-focused attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with payroll/timekeeping systems is preferred
