Now hiring for an Indianapolis HR Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Completing I9 verification and ensuring onboarding documents are accurately filed
  • Report data for AAP, EEO, and other required documentation
  • Respond to service tickets for assigned training and troubleshooting user errors
  • Process pre-employment and conduct new hire orientation
  • Efficiently assist with general HR inquiries from employees
  • Maintain the HRIS system

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills in HR-related matters
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS platforms strongly preferred
  • Experience using an LMS preferred
  • Ability to work in a highly confidential environment
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
