Human Resources Manager

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full employee lifecycle across two locations
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HRIS records
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance issues, and compliance
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs
• Improve HR processes and build scalable systems to support growth
• Supervise and develop one direct report
• Travel periodically to the Ohio location

Qualifications:

• Progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
• Working knowledge of payroll oversight, benefits administration, and HRIS
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
• Experience leading HR across multiple locations preferred
• Experience managing or mentoring HR staff
• Experience with EOS preferred
• Experience with UKG Ready, HRIS implementation, or system evaluation preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred
