Now hiring for an Indianapolis Payroll Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll across multiple locations and employee groups
  • Support certified payroll reporting for union and prevailing wage work
  • Complete and submit required payroll forms and reporting documentation
  • Ensure accurate processing of union payroll and fringe benefits
  • Work in AS400 and support transition to Dayforce
  • Research and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies
  • Communicate with internal teams and external contacts as needed
  • Support general payroll operations and team needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of payroll or accounting experience in a multi-state environment
  • Experience with certified payroll or union payroll preferred
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as AS400 or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and initiative

This position is in office the first 90 days, and then one day remote per week.
