Now hiring for a Greenwood Insurance Follow up Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Accounts Receivable team
  • Sorting, faxing and scanning documents
  • Opening and distributing mail
  • Prepare documents
  • Obtaining, printing, mailing of all hard copy HCFA forms daily, including all secondary claims with attachments
  • Responsible for cross training with other positions within the Central Billing Operations as designated by Management

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and able to multi-task
  • High school diploma or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Medicaid and electronic filing preferred
