Now hiring for a South Bend Labor Relations Associate.
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues
Investigate reports and provide guidance that aligns with policies and procedures
Collaborate with managers to implement accommodations for employees and maintain those records for employees
Monitor trends and provide insight to leadership and areas for improvement that align with company goals
Ensure compliance with applicable laws
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred
3-5+ years of experience in employee relations with a focus on conflict resolution and performance management required
Background in a large or multi-location company preferred
Experience in healthcare, shared services, or COE environments is a plus
SPHR certification is a plus
Proficiency with PeopleSoft and/or ServiceNow is helpful but not required
Location & Travel:
Although this position is remote, the candidate MUST reside in the South Bend, IN area, as there will be frequent on-site presence in Kalamazoo, MI, Three Rivers, MI, and South Bend, IN.
Must be able to travel quickly when needed for negotiations, investigations, or high-priority issues.
