Now hiring for an Indianapolis Learning and Development Director.


  • Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
  • Administer spending against departmental budget
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend ways to improve performance where needed
  • Develop and implement a succession plan
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
  • 5+ years of HR Learning and Development and Performance Management
  • 3+ years of experience in leading a team of professionals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
