Learning and Development Director
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Learning and Development Director.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
- Administer spending against departmental budget
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend ways to improve performance where needed
- Develop and implement a succession plan
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- 5+ years of HR Learning and Development and Performance Management
- 3+ years of experience in leading a team of professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
This is an in-office position.
