Now hiring for a South Bend Manager of HR – HRBP.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team across the organization
  • Work with experts from different HR departments to lead initiatives such as hiring, training, compensation, and benefits
  • Ensure staff have the resources and support needed
  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and needs to develop strategic solutions that align with company goals
  • Design and implement processes to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Lead the implementation of any new technologies
  • Develop and deliver training materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Experience in a strategic and consultative HR model required
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or Shared Services required
  • Experience in healthcare, shared services, or COE environments is a plus
  • SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus
  • Proficiency with PeopleSoft and/or ServiceNow is helpful but not required

Location & Travel:

  • This position is in the office; the candidate MUST reside in the South Bend, IN area, as there will be an on-site presence in Elkhart, IN, or South Bend, IN.
