Now hiring for an Indianapolis Marketing Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing and communications for a high-volume, visible, and collaborative team
  • Provide support to the VP, Director of Communications, Director of Marketing, and External Affairs including maintaining calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations, document prep, and meeting support
  • Monitor, track, and report expenses and performance versus budget
  • Implement seasonal marketing content such as signs, maps, information screens, and more
  • Ensure vendors are paid on time and gather content and deliver marketing materials to vendors
  • Meet deadlines for marketing material for various departments

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative assistant experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with maintaining a budget and payment processing required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
  • 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience required
