Marketing Administrative Assistant
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Marketing Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing and communications for a high-volume, visible, and collaborative team
- Provide support to the VP, Director of Communications, Director of Marketing, and External Affairs including maintaining calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations, document prep, and meeting support
- Monitor, track, and report expenses and performance versus budget
- Implement seasonal marketing content such as signs, maps, information screens, and more
- Ensure vendors are paid on time and gather content and deliver marketing materials to vendors
- Meet deadlines for marketing material for various departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Administrative assistant experience required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with maintaining a budget and payment processing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
- 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience required
