Now hiring for an Indianapolis Marketing Operations Coordinator.


  • Schedule, plan, and organize tradeshows, sales meetings, and customer appreciation events
  • Create marketing materials for the sales department
  • Develop and post content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
  • Attend tradeshows as needed to assist with events


  • 3-5 years of experience with tradeshows preferred
  • 3-5 years of event planning required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or communication strongly preferred
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with content creation and social media is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel 20-30% of the time for tradeshows
