Handle reimbursement issues
Oversee credit balance management, patient balance resolution, and non-patient resolution
Ensure accuracy of payments
Maintain cash collection metrics and goals

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of AR experience
Experience working in a medical setting
