Responsibilities:

Collect payments on outstanding account balances
Assist patients with billing issues and communicate with billing company
Review and update insurance & demographics
Verify correct insurance information
Maintain monthly log of payments collected and calculate weekly totals
Process refunds

Qualifications:

1 year of medical billing experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
