Now hiring for an Indianapolis Member Outreach Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to members
Answer general questions and provide support
Listen to members and address their concerns
Record call information accurately
Complete a high volume of calls each day
Learn and communicate information about the company’s offerings
Follow established processes and guidelines
Maintain a dependable and consistent work routine.

Qualifications:

Warm, friendly, and helpful personality
Strong listening and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with people by phone
Reliable and self-motivated
Able to stay focused on repetitive work
Comfortable learning new information quickly
Basic computer skills
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required

This position is in-office Sunday-Thursday, 9a-5p
