Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to assist customers or schedule services
  • Correspond via text, email, and phone with customers
  • Collaborate with design consultants and installers
  • Audit sales orders and contracts
  • Support the office with additional tasks as needed
  • Maintain CRM database

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office support role required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
