Office Admin
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Office Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers or schedule services
- Correspond via text, email, and phone with customers
- Collaborate with design consultants and installers
- Audit sales orders and contracts
- Support the office with additional tasks as needed
- Maintain CRM database
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an Administrative/Office support role required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
