Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to help manage focus and competing responsibilities.
  • Handle scheduling and calendar management.
  • Organize the Director’s office, files, and materials.
  • Take notes and capture key information as needed.
  • Disseminate messages between the Director and direct reports.
  • Keep information flowing to the Director without requiring personal action on her part.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role, with the ability to step in quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and clear, concise communication.
  • Resilience and the ability to stay composed in a demanding environment.
  • A flexible, dynamic presence that can be upbeat or serious as situations require.
  • Comfort adapting to day-to-day needs.

This is a contract position with no end date, and is in office.
