Office Admin
Now hiring for an Indianapolis Office Admin.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and file invoices to the proper account manager to bill clients
- Review reports and ensure the information is accurate and collaborate with the customer service department as needed
- Maintain email inboxes and save any important PDFs or files
- Answer phones for a multi-line system and provide support and transfer as needed
- Set up new customer service agreements
- Review and update open work order reports
Qualifications:
- Must be organized and a self-starter
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite experience required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and maintain organization
- Must be able to handle confidential information
