Now hiring for an Indianapolis Contract Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to help manage focus and competing responsibilities.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management.
- Organize the Director’s office, files, and materials.
- Take notes and capture key information as needed.
- Disseminate messages between the Director and direct reports.
- Keep information flowing to the Director without requiring personal action on her part.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role, with the ability to step in quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and clear, concise communication.
- Resilience and the ability to stay composed in a demanding environment.
- A flexible, dynamic presence that can be upbeat or serious as situations require.
- Comfort adapting to day-to-day needs.
This is a contract position with no end date, and is in office.
