Now hiring for an Indianapolis Office Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and file invoices to the proper account manager to bill clients
  • Review reports and ensure the information is accurate and collaborate with the customer service department as needed
  • Maintain email inboxes and save any important PDFs or files
  • Answer phones for a multi-line system and provide support and transfer as needed
  • Set up new customer service agreements
  • Review and update open work order reports

Qualifications:

  • Must be organized and a self-starter
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and maintain organization
  • Must be able to handle confidential information

This is an in-office position, M-F, 8-5
